Saturday, June 16, 3:00 p.m.: Paint-n-Pints with Alchemy Arts - Join us for a sip & paint class that's unlike any you've been to! Drink delicious teas and unique brews while learning trendy new liquid painting techniques with NoCo artist Cat Colonna of Alchemy Arts. Cost: $35
Saturday, July 14, 5:00 p.m.: Tea Cocktails with Anika Zappe - Join award-winning mixologist Anika Zappe for a hands-on demonstration (and a bit of history) of three different, fantastic summer cocktails featuring Teatulia Organic Teas. Gain some great cocktail-making skills while learning some refreshing recipes just in time for summer entertaining. Cost: $40
Kombucha Workshops: August 4, October 6, or December 1 at 12:00 p.m. - Be sure to register early for this popular workshop! We only have 25 spots for each class and they tend to fill up quick. Local kombucha brewer and Johnson & Wales culinary nutrition grad Ashlee Redger will lead this hands-on workshop to teach us how to make the probiotic-filled, tea-spiked beverage that everyone is talking about. Everyone will leave with their very own kombucha starter that they’ll make in class. Cost: $30
Saturday, May 19, 12:00 p.m.: Matcha Workshop - Join us for a hands-on workshop all about our favorite green tea powder, matcha! Our very own Tea Bar Tearista Aly Thompson will lead this interactive class where we'll learn proper matcha preparation technique and explore how to use matcha outside the teacup in seasonal drinks and treats. All class attendees will go home with their very own matcha whisk and enjoy 15% off any matcha purchases at Tea Bar the day of the class.
Saturday, May 12, 12:00 p.m.: How to Start an Herbal Tea Garden - Kick off gardening season with us! Tea Bar Tearista (and gardener extraordinaire!) Daniel will lead us in a how-to session for starting your own herb garden from seeds. All attendees will take home a selection of herb seed starters they’ll plant in class in our compostable Teatulia Organic Tea canisters.
Saturday, April 14, 12:00 p.m.: Kombucha Workshop - Back by popular demand! Saturday, March 31, 4:00 p.m.: Tea & Yoga: Slow Flow & Yin Meditative Class - Indulge in yourself with organic herbal tea and a slow flow yoga practice infused with juicy meditation and a short yin practice at the mama'hood, next door to Tea Bar. This 75 minute yoga class will be paired with a complimentary sampling of Teatulia’s organic herbal teas. We’ll incorporate the mindfulness of sipping and savoring tea into our yoga practice on the mat, and we’ll leave time for tea Q&A after class.
Saturday, March 10, 12:00 p.m.: Why Go Organic? A Conversation with Grower's Organic - What is “organic” anyway? Is it just a marketing term? Or is it an important food philosophy that will improve our health and our planet? Join us for a frank and informative Q&A discussion with Denver-based organic food distributor and local farming champion Grower's Organic. All attendees will take home a box of seasonal organic produce!
